Our client was a wellness startup with a bold mission: to help busy Americans reconnect with daily health, without overwhelm or gimmicks. While the formulations were science-backed and doctor-approved, they were launching into a crowded U.S. supplements market, where attention spans are short and trust is earned, not given.

What We Did

1. Wellness Positioning with Purpose

We built the brand around a central idea: “Daily Rituals, Real Results.” The tone was equal parts expert and approachable—designed to cut through wellness fatigue and connect with high-intent U.S. consumers.

2. Shopify Store & Content Hub

We created a conversion-first website that didn’t just sell—it educated. Featuring scroll-friendly wellness education, product usage content, and interactive elements like “Find Your Formula” quizzes.

3. Paid Media (Meta, Google, Pinterest)

Our paid funnel included:

  • Cold awareness campaigns led by founder-story + UGC blends


  • Retargeting via problem-solving visuals (bloat, stress, sleep, energy)


  • Google Search for bottom-of-funnel shoppers with high purchase intent


4. Lifecycle Email Flows (Klaviyo)

Email became the brand’s retention machine—with flows like:

  • “Welcome to the Ritual” onboarding


  • Supplement refill reminders


  • Habit stacking tips & lifestyle education for deeper engagement


5. Community & UGC Activation

We built a UGC pipeline through real customer reviews, wellness challenge content, and ambassador collaborations. This gave the brand a real voice in a noisy space.
